The Modern Learning Ecosystem
All learners should have an engaging and empowering learning experiences in both formal and informal settings that prepare them to be active, creative, knowledgeable, and ethical participants in a globally connected society.
Traditional learning environment has become limited by the resources found within the walls of a school. On the hand, modern technology has expanded learning opportunities, allowing learners to tap resources and expertise anywhere in the world, starting with their own communities.
Rapidly changing attributes of schools and education have forced educators to start moving towards a new model and approach – Blended or Hybrid Learning Model.
We provides the technologies and expertise needed by schools and organizations to implement their specific requirements and education goals in instructional design and virtual learning.
Adjusting Learning and Education to Students’ Needs
The explosion of digital connectivity, mobile devices and the web means every classroom community is international as well as intimate.
Pace of learning and the instructional approach should be optimized for the needs of each student or learner. Learning objectives, instructional approaches, and content (and its sequencing) may all vary based on student’s needs. There are fast and slow learners, and both kinds will not need to comply to the rhythm of a lecture or classroom teaching anymore (or at least not always) – digital content allows skipping the information which you already know, repeating the content which is not yet clear enough (e.g., re-watching the videos of online or computer-base modules, etc).
Teachers and educators, also, should be supported by technology that connects them to people, data, content, resources, expertise, and learning experiences that can empower and inspire them to provide more effective teaching for all learners.
The Modern Learning Ecosystem
Hybrid (or blended) teaching and learning are here to stay and will continue to impact classroom practices. Even in the physical classroom, digital tools keep students engaged, parents informed, and everyone connected. Technology expands opportunity and proves particularly essential when disruptions happen. There will always be sick days, vacations, unplanned school closures, etc. Technology isn’t just a “nice-to-have.” It’s become essential!
